The Boy's Ranch is one of 5 homes sponsored by the Georgia Sheriff's Youth  Homes.  It has been our pleasure to have a close working relationship with these homes since 1989.  The Chatham County Sheriff's Department has sponsored a DARE Camp there for going on 20 years and for almost as long we have helped to provide Christmas for these children as well.  Money raised from the Poker Run and staff members adopting a child's name off of a wish list and providing presents for that child anonymously help us in our mission to make their Christmas as normal as possible.

The Homes provide both temporary and long term care for some of Georgia's most needy citizens.  These children are not delinquent.  As we like to say, these are not problem children but rather children with problems.  If a child graduates high school while a resident of one of the homes, the Georgia Sheriff's Association will provide that child with a $5,000 scholarship to help that child attend college or a technical school.
